1. Introduction
Welcome to Reliable! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of Reliable’s e-commerce platform as a seller. By registering as a seller on Reliable, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Seller Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Your account must be verified before listing products for sale.
Reliable reserves the right to approve or reject any seller registration.
3. Product Listings & Compliance
Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
Prohibited items, including counterfeit goods, illegal substances, and restricted items, are not allowed.
Sellers must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding their products.
All product images must meet Reliable’s standards:
1:1 square images for all categories.
16:9 images for food and drinks.
White background images for gadgets, electronics, and similar items.
Products should be well-described for better representation.
4. Order Fulfillment & Delivery
Once an order is placed, sellers must process and ship the item within the agreed timeframe.
Reliable partners with logistics providers, including VOXX, DHL, FedEx, and others, to facilitate smooth delivery. Sellers may also use their own delivery services where applicable.
Sellers must ensure proper packaging and provide tracking information where required.
Golden Rule for Restaurants: Food and drinks orders must be processed in no more than 10 minutes.
Sellers must notify customers promptly of any delays or issues with their orders.
5. Payment & Fees
Reliable processes payments securely through our payment partners.
- Sellers will receive payouts on the next business day, excluding holidays. For example, if an order is placed on Friday, the payout will be received on Monday. If placed on Monday, it will be received on Tuesday. However, if Tuesday falls on a holiday like Christmas, the payout will be processed after the holiday.
Reliable reserves the right to modify commission rates and service fees with prior notice.
6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
Sellers must adhere to Reliable’s return and refund policy.
Refunds will be processed based on predefined conditions and timelines.
In case of disputes, Reliable’s dispute resolution team will review and mediate accordingly.
7. Seller Responsibilities
Maintain professionalism in all interactions with customers.
Ensure high-quality customer service, including timely responses to inquiries and complaints.
Keep inventory up-to-date to prevent order cancellations due to stock unavailability.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
Reliable may suspend or terminate a seller’s account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or poor customer service.
Sellers can request account termination, but pending orders must be fulfilled before the account is closed.
9. Intellectual Property & Branding
Sellers must have the legal right to sell products under any brand names or trademarks they use.
Unauthorized use of Reliable’s name, logo, or branding is prohibited without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Reliable is a marketplace platform and does not guarantee sales or profitability.
Reliable is not liable for losses resulting from fraudulent buyer transactions, delayed deliveries, or unforeseen disruptions.
11. Amendments & Updates
Reliable may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
